I wish I could go back to the time when you felt the same way, but I can’t. I wish you would want me and not her, but I have no control over that. I wish I could’ve made things work between us, but I tried and failed. But I thank God every day that I can call you one of my best friends. I can’t change the past but maybe it’s time for me to stop dwelling and find someone who’s willing to be my future.
